Nice switch, bad longevity
I had two of these fail in the last week. Both are about a year old. The first one has a couple of ports that stopped working, and the second completely died overnight. They’re plugged into UPS’s, so power surges didn’t cause the problem. I’m really dissapointed!

Works Great
Does exactly what it’s supposed to do. A nice, compact little 10/100 switch with eight ports. Works great.

Reliable Basic Switch
I have deployed several of these switches in a large environment. This series of switch has proven reliable everywhere we have deployed them. For a small, unmanaged switch it seems to be the best choice available. Crossover detect is becoming a more common feature, and is a real time saver. I have also seen this switch overcome cabling deficiencies where other “mini-switchs” have failed.
