Good headset

I’ve had bad luck in the past trying to find headsets that work well enough to not give away or toss. Usually people say my voice is not clear, low in volume and/or that there is a bad hum or static. My latest gamble was with a Plantronics MX250. I received it today and promptly tested it on both ends of all my phones. I finally found a good headset. It works on a Motorola V180, LG-CG225 and even on my Uniden TRU-6495 home phone. It’s comfortable to wear and has good sound quality. On the other end it sounds just as good as the phones without the headset.

MX250 Very good
I have many head sets both Blue tooth and hard wired and have found this one to be the best. Used mainly on my cell phone and have been told that this is the clearest of any that I have. I have noticed that deep male voices are clearest and not booming or rumbling as with other units. Only negative found was in the outside wind. It sometimes developed a whistling sound. Most happy with the overall sound, operation and comfort.

Headset that fits and works
I do not have many problems with Bluetooth headsets loaded enough and clear enough for me to effectively use in the car. Even with the windows closed, did everything I was trying too short. I decided to go old school try on the technology and a wired headset. The unit was everything I expected. It was louder and clearer than any other headphones I had owned previously. The mounting gizmo that around the bottom of your ear adjusts to fit very comfortably and easily on and off. To top it all off, I paid only a fraction of the cost of a Bluetooth unit. Yes, the cable is a little uncomfortable. It is a small sacrifice to hear and be heard.
